Value for money

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was great, evening entertainment was really fun and had variety. Loved the Spa, the gym was limited but enough for a holiday session. Easy access to taxi's outside the hotel if you needed something in town

The air-conditioners are not switched on till the 5th of June, some of the evenings were 20 degrees so it was very hot in the room and made it difficult to sleep

Amazing experience in Djerba

It was an extraordinary service that we received in TUI Blue Palm Beach Djerba. We greeted warmly and the receptionist guy just informed me on arrival better that I went for dinner first because the dinner would be closed in 1,5 hours. The cleanliness was amazing. They also have money changer desk where you can exchange to Tunisian Dinar. The pool and beach were amazing. The food was immensely spectacular and complete. They changed the menu everyday, which was brilliant. The pool and beach were immaculate as well. A good choice for stay in Djerba

Nice, could have been better

The location was good. Room was amazing. Hotel design was good. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Some restaurants and bars were closed. Main pool closed half way through stay. No moistures in spa after treatments.

Not qute 5 star

The food was generally very good. The beach was fabulous and the pools were lovely.

Some aspects of the hotel feel a little dated. Having to have only cheap spirits and basic wines on all inclusive was disappointing. Entertainment wasn't great as it felt a bit too dated. Maybe because early Spring there seemed to be a lot of older guests (OAP). Staff did their best but it was Rammadam so maybe that affected the staff morale.

Peaceful resort, needs renovation and more food options

-amazing beach, pool, great fitness options, relaxing atmosphere, nice waitstaff and cleaning staff - not far from downtown - the app was a good way to see what was happening at the resort - night entertainment was nice

-paid for a suite for 11 days for my honeymoon. The view was overlooking another building and the noise from the resort next door was crazy loud starting at 11pm to 2am. The bathroom tiles are coming apart, bath tub and shower leaked onto the floor, doorknobs and light switches falling off. Other than that, the suite was beautiful with 2 bathrooms, living room, plenty of closet space. We would’ve used our two balconies but the view was of another building - food was good but only 1 buffet and 1 a la carte restaurant. Need more options as people are waiting in line at 7pm for dinner to start. Hard to get into the one a la carte restaurant. I tried multiple times on the app but it kept saying it was booked (the restaurant was never full)

A little piece of Tunisian paradise.

The hotel is a luxury resort set on a stunning beach in Djerba. We chose the all-inclusive package, which covered everything and made our vacation completely seamless.

The food could be of better quality. Unfortunately, we missed our flight and, as a result, our first night at the hotel. Despite multiple calls and emails, we have yet to receive any response from the hotel, which was disappointing.

The spa and programs staff were amazing. The location was good. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The buffet food was a little bland. One guy on staff indicated that priority for reserving activities on the property were given to people who were staying the longest.

Wonderful

As soon as I arrived, the staff made me feel very welcomed and everyone was kind and helpful, especially the receptionist Sabri. My room was cleaned every day and the private beach was a nice bonus.

Paid for service with the daybed rental and my service person only visited my cabana twice for the whole day. Not a major issue but I would have preferred they were more attentive for the additional cost.

Wonderful

The buffet was very nice. Among the pools, especially the relaxation pool is very beautiful. The employees are very courteous and friendly. Everything was great thank you.

The activities are very limited and generally geared towards the elderly clientele. There should be more options for younger customers.

Not quiet 5 stars

So the hotel was nice, the rooms were spacious. Spa was good as well but you need to pay for services and it is as expensive as europe. The food was good as well. Beach was nice and clean. Nice indoor swimming pool but small.

I give my review based on a 5 stars hotel. The towels and sheets were very old. The hotel is adult only so the age range of people visiting this hotel is between 50 to 80 years old. So it is mainly for that range of age to rest in a calm space. Tv in the room was small. Not enough pillows are provided in the room .only 2 with one extra. No plugs near the bed for charging. The food was not very good. No coffee tea was served during dinner or lunch!!!

Wonderful

The rooms were large and spacious, the facilities were amazing and there were tonnes of activities at the resort to do. Food was also great! Would definitely recommend , it's a great place for rest and relaxation

Initially I was out in a room with a faulty shower but managed to move rooms after bringing it up with the staff.

Fabulous staff

The staff is amazing. Everyone was kind and thoughtful. When I needed something shown to me, they stopped what they were doing and walked me to the item I sought.

I didn't like the outdoor smoking. It was so bad that we couldn't eat outside at the restaurant, have cocktails outside or sit by the pool. We found chairs at the beach where the wind generally blew the smoke away. I recommend that the hotel create non-smoking sections (upwind please) at all locations. Also, based on the photo on the booking page, I expected a full ocean view. As you can see from the picture I uploaded, it was only partial. The hotel was built for pool views and only 4 rooms have full view.

Very good for a relaxing resort stay.

Beautifully maintained on a gorgeous beach, and it felt luxurious to have a room facing the sea. It’s was kinda like being in a cruise, and great because we just wanted to lie in the sun all day with lovely people bringing drinks. The food was good.

Wonderful

The staff were wonderful - they were happy and eager to help, genuinely interested in our wellbeing and stay. They offer to organize trips / activities and give you local tips. Facilities were clean and modern and a good place for just relaxing too.

The WiFi in our room didn't work the first couple nights - which was tricky as we had a bit of work to do. The technician came and fixed it for the remaining nights however.
